I was in desperate need for new tires, I listened to the advertisement on the local radio and decided to give it a shot. The service was GREAT! I was welcomed with GREAT customer service. I was a customer service supervisor for 11yrs and the 1 thing I admire is listening and providing the best understanding service to the customer. That's why I chose to purchase 4new tires with a comfortable fit and agreement. Thank you for great quality and service. I will definitely recommend this company!

first time leasing out a set of tires and Joe was fantastic! his customer service was fantastic & he is very knowledgeable in any and every tire and will definitely work to make sure you are happy at the end of your process. I’ve been pushing back my tire situation for the longest so I truly appreciate his great customer service getting me in and out no problem! If you’re in the market for a new set of tires call the shop and ask for Joe ! He won’t disappoint.

They won a customer today. Deal and terms were good and done without much trouble. The youngest/newest member of their team really was the shinning star, he offered my elderly mother a fresh cup of coffee when she mentioned she was tired and had a long ride home. They need to put that guy in charge!

Everybody at RNR was extremely welcoming and also just very kind to not only myself but also the other customers that were getting wheels as well. My salesman was super polite and also a really funny guy which I can appreciate because I love to laugh. No complaints about my experience as they have been so good to me for both of my cars and I would recommend RNR to everyone. Thank you guys for making my experience awesome.

Everyone were professional and found minor issues to one of our tire rims and offered a free advice to get it repaired. The 2-3 payment plans to get all new 4 tires has great options.
